Form resize in MSA2003 similar to 2007 with anchoring?

Hi to all, does anyone have a code snippet to resize form controls on an Access 2003 application when the form is resized or maximised? I like the feature in Access 2007, but other changes in 2007 mean we're not able to use it for this product. Ideally I'm looking for a solution to maximise the use of space - it doesn't have to be an exact duplication of the anchoring technology.
