Form size behavior

Hi, I have one particular form in my app that opens on top of the access window so appears outside of access. When I hit maximize it maximises to my entire screen wheras other forms in the app maximise within the access application window. I've been comparing the format properties but can't see any difference. Does anyone know what could make this happen ?

This is a popup form. Check the first line on the 'Other' tab of the form's property sheet.
