So did you find out if the field size was set too small?

It was set to text when it should have been set to memo.

I knew what I had to change, but couldn't find where to change it because I've never used access. Thank you once again

Whew! Glad we got that sorted. Sometimes remote troubleshooting is difficult with the going back and forth because you know what you're writing about and I know what I'm writing about and sometimes we include assumptions which are not valid so it makes it more difficult.
