Form to add certain records (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to build a form which allows the user to select a year and module from two combo boxes for a particular course probably chosen from a dialog box. The form will have 2 cmd buttons- one is add to list, the other is delete from list. When a module and year is selected the module will be added to a list box (limited to existing modules), it'll also be added to a tblCourseModuleYear.
So if I selected year 1, and module Database Systems that would be added to the table with the course selected from dialog box.
My supervisor wants me to use DAO recordsets for the cmd buttons, he says it'll be easy once i've done it once, but I ain't done it yet.
Can anyone help, please?

Browse through the help screens on DAO, and you'll get an idea of how to use it. In Access 97, start by going to the help index and entering "DAO, overview".
