Form Wizard Does Not Show Subform or Link Forms Dialog

The form wizard works intermitantly on one older computer but does not give the "How do you want to view your data?" that gives the radial options Form with Subforms or Linked Forms Screen.

Is there a problem with the Operation System - Works on one XP Pro machine but not the other XP Pro or XP Home machine.

Both XP Pro machines have the latest Microsoft Jet 4.0 service pack and the same drives as far as I can determine.

Is the problem with Access?

Are all computers on the latest operating system service pack and Office service packs and the same updates?

All three computers have Version 2002 Service Pack 2.

I am having the same problem, where Access 2007 does not show link forms option language... Did not see any answer as of yet.
