format address label

Hi everyone

apologies in advance if this has been asked over and over, I can either not find the correct answer to both the following (what should be a simple request) or I'm doing it wrong?

The first part of the request is to capitalise all the below fields, when they appear on my report in addition to removing any <null> values. I can't seem to get them both in the format area

my fields are

Title
Fname
Sname
Address1
Address2
Address3
Town
Postal

What do I need to do

Use UCase function to make all caps..

Thanks Paul, will this approach help with removing the <null> values. Otherwise the address labels look a little unprofessional, if you know what I mean?

Eliminate Null values from the Query ?

Didn't think of it that way (usually my problem)
So; just to clarify for my own piece of mind
For example if add3 and/or town was without any data
Thus could then be omitted from the query?
If I've understood that correct how would I go about doing that in the query
