Formatting Text in a report according to a value

What I want to do is change the attributes of the font for a record in a table when a certain criteria in that record is met.

The question is how do I do this.

If you're looking to format the record in a report, check out Conditional Formatting. In the report design view, click on the control that holds the record data, go to the Format menu and look at Conditional Formatting.
