Forms and subforms

I have created a main form that contains customer name and address then a subfrm that holds the call type and the operater details, the next subform i am trying to create is on that holds the job details who dispatched it and notes.

i have created this for as jobdetails form however i cant seem to get it to link to the main form and when the data is entered into the notes section after it has been saved and re-opend up the notes appeard to have dissapeared.

Look at your relationship, you need to link the form with the same fields, if the field(s) is/are not in the query, then you can't link the form.
