General Query Question

Hi there,
I have a quick question about a query. I am using a table based on my query and I want to pull all entries from the "Country" field to only select "Canada". In my design view I specify "Country" and from here I am not quite sure how to proceed?
Any Suguestions!

in design view, select the field that you want queried and in the criteria portion enter "Canada" (be sure to include the "" around Canada). This should return all records with Canada in that field. I don't know if it is case sensative though.
