General question about Access charts

I'm not very familiar with Access charts, and have some questions. I have an Excel chart that I would like to replicate in Access. The chart has both a column and bar graph, and a secondary Y axis.

So far I've found the chart tool (Insert/Chart) to be limited. Is it possible to produce more complex charts in Access?
