I need a form with 4 different macros that will send one of 4 reports based on the person's Type. The TYPES are Base 1-5, Base 6-8, Senior 9-12, and Senior 13-15.
If rated person in Onetable has [category]=DAC and [ratingscheme]=Yes then Match rated, rater, intermediate rater, and senior rater to their E-mail in Secondtable, then send Report1(TYPES)to these 4 people. Sometimes a field is Null; this is ok, just skip (do not send).
Onetable has all personal information, the Secondtable has every person's name with their e-mail.
In Onetable, all rated, rater, intermediate raters, and senior raters fields Only allow user to choose name from Secondtable.
Any recommendations on how to do this? I can think it through logically, but do not know the correct code or macros to apply
