Hi All,

Long time reader of this forum, first time poster!

I am constructing an Access database and wish to get all the members from a particular OU into a table.

I have searched high and low on the net for help with this, but none of the answers I have found seem to operate correctly. Can anyone out there supply some information on how to achieve this?

Our Domain name is CORP. The Active Directory Users and Computers shows our domain as "corp.{organisation_I_work_for}.com" (sorry, I can't give that bit away... but you get what I mean)

Under this, there is a folder called "Accounts_User" and under that a folder called "Site-SYD" - This is the OU I want get get all the members from?

Thanks in advance!

Can you provide a bit more information?

Forgive my ignorance - what is OU? a directory? a file? - if so what type of file? text or db of some sort.

Not sure that access can access the web per se (except for sharepoint) - can the data be transferred to your network?

Hi CJ_London,

What I am talking about is Active Directory Organisational Units (otherwise known as OU).

I need to get all the members of a particular OU into a table that I can then use.

Oh - That OU! Hadn't got my SQL server head on

I don't think I can be much help - I guess the data is managed somewhere in SQL server so suggest you have a word with the administrators to see if they can give you a file or access to the system tables

Good luck
