I have expereince in VBA Excel. I also run an estate agents, I am stuck in a loop of inputting lots of data manually to my spreadsheet from client emails. I recieve automated emails (fixed template) from verious website portals containing client details.
We are talking about 100-200 emails per day - taking me 2-3 hours to upload to a spreadsheet where I manage enquiries. I could do with REMOVING this task.
Pls pls pls help. This is something i really want to remove. Is it possible to write a VBA script that will run from Excel, open my emails in a certain account and collect the body of the email.. I will probably then write a script in Excel to find certain key words like 'Name' & 'Telephone' where i will find the variables which follow.
Please help - my only day off today - and i would like to get a solution sorted before i get stuck in my day-to-day tasks again.
