get the Database window back after hiding it.

Hi,

I have a question;

If I hide the Database window and uncheck the Allow Full Menu checkbox from Tools--> Startup


The next time I open the application how can I get them back?

Any help will be very appreciated,

If you hold down the Shift Key when opening the database it will restore the database.
