Get Unit Rate from Web site directly to MS Access

I still don't see how the application is getting the exchange rate from the website, can you please point out where that happens. Thanks.

sorry arnelgp but I have made small change in invoice form ,
i have add combo box combo260 under combo12
now the (buying rate against egp) not working Lol
another thing if you have time
when i type the value in item_value_current and press move the value button to move it to current field i have to click on it to make the afterupdate event take effect .. i want the event happen when i press the button
