Getting data from SharePoint List by another user ID

I have an Access 2016 database that need read only access to SharePoint lists using an generic Sharepoint login to an Access database.

I can link the table using my ID.

I can't figure out how to link the table with the generic ID to access the data.

I haven't been able to use the location and ID in an SQL query.

The docmd.transfersharepointlist doesn't work with User Ids

I have tried DAO, ADODB and ODBC connections to no Avail.

Any Ideas???

Hi. Does your SharePoint instance allow anonymous access? Or, you trying to use a functional account to access the data?
