Getting flash behind the buttons

Hi all,

I've been trying to get a flash file playing behind the commandbuttons, but i didn't figured it out yet... anyone here knows how i can put the commandbuttons at the front and the flash file at the background? You would realy help me alot! (it's for a big task)
