Getting time on a Calendar !!!

I am working on a calendar that I got from Oxicottin http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=161087

I have kind of deconstructed it a bit, since I am using it to schedule visits instead of attendance. I am trying to get time on the calendar. I have added a cbobox on the input form to select the time of the visit. Try as I may I can't get the time to show on the calendar. I am hoping there is someone that can help me figure this out.

Not sure about modifying that one but I know this one deals with time.

I am not sure if that calendar will work for what I need. I am scheduling lots of people for the same time, but it might lend some insight to getting the time to work for the db I post.

Not sure if this one will do what I need. I am scheduling lots of people in multiple places for the same time. I need to see how many visits they already have and can't schedule more than one a day. It may provide some insight on how to deal with the time.
