Getting Values From PopUp

Hello Friends,

i have a new question here concerning my accounting database.

1. I have an Invoice Form with a subform for adding the product details. Presently i am using a Combo Box to add the Products in an Invoice. I would like to use a MultiSelect Listbox instead of Combo Box. I means that when i jump from my Main form to subform i should get a popupform with a list box of allthe products available in the Store. Now uptil now i have achieve this all fully functional. what i cannot seem to work out is how to get the selected values from the popup list box in my Subform. I know there is a way but cannot seem to get it.

Any help would be kindly appreciated.

Does that mean you want to store multiple selections in a single record, or do you wish to create a new entry for each selection?

well lets put it this way..

In an Invoice there can be many Products sold... so my subform has a combo box which stores allthe available products. when ever i have to make an invoice i select product id from the combo box and gets the other detail values from the combo box into my textboxes forexample...
product name
product description
location
cost price

now this process is really tiring as i have to select each item separately from teh combo box. to avoid this i decided to use a multiseelct list box. now when i jump from main form to subform i get a pop listbox of all the products available. lets says that the customer want two or three produicts i dont have to search at all i just select all the needed product to be sold and press ok..

now i wan these multiselect entrieds to show in my subform entires...
