keep google map centered when resizing on lap top
Help

What are you doing in the 'resizing' ? :(

What are you doing in the 'resizing' ? :(
I will enter address of my hotel. When it open the location is dead center. I will then, minus or plus, depending on my my need. The location now is no longer dead center. I now have to drag location back to center to see what is near buy.

No idea Dick, but why not ask in a more appropriate forum, like a Google community forum. They would be the experts surely?
I have always just dragged the map as you do now,
I just scroll with the mouse, rarely use the + and = buttons. The movement does seem different between them?

That doesn't happen in my example apps using Google maps. When the map is zoomed, the centre point is unchanged
For example, see:

see the title, it's about google map itself (not a db with webbrowser).

So Dick could use that?

Precisely! I was providing an alternative solution.
Having said that I don't find the map shifts when I zoom a google map directly in a browser

I do.

After scrolling in with mouse

However it is easy enough to move the map, so is something I could live with, without any issue?
