Great access guru's Help Please!

I have a query that shows me my crewmembers training records. thanks to Tiro Cupidus and Khawmar for the help on that!

This query displays the dates that the training was done and using an iif statement, shows me the trainings with no dates resulting in a "Not Performed" statement.

As I built the report, i sorted by crew and then all worked well. trainings with dates appeared as well as trainings with "not performed" appeared.

I just want to see the "not performed" results and not the rest of the stuff.

I do not know what to tell it or where to tell access to do this.

Everything is working good, I just need to clean it up a little more!
