Greetings from the Twin Cities

As it says in the title, I am in the Twin Cities, MN.
I work for an architect and engineering firm as an admin. Really I am their archive specialist, as no one is crazy enough to turn this company to more digital archiving. I have been given the archive database to continue and remake to be user friendly. Coming from a data entry job before hand, I have no flipping clue as to what I am doing. All I know is that they are under utilizing access and they sent me to a week long class to learn more. Luckily, I have books to reference but there are still things that are not working the way I want them to, thus the reason I joined the forum.
