I have a list of customers, with Account Numbers and Company Names. Now I have entered a combo box in my form control with a list of Account Numbers, how ever I wish to group these Account Numbers because some are the same, with the same company but a different Employee.

So how do I group Account Numbers within the combo box?

Combo Box Filter

Okay sorry I was meant to ask how do I filter using a combo box. For example

I have an Account Numbers for different companies, when I click a certain account number on the combo box, I wish for it to bring up that company in another combo box, with a list of employees in a 3rd combo box for that company/account number.

I'm a little confused on how to do this?

This set up is called Cascading ComboBox.. Check out the link.. If that is confusing just Google with the Keywords you should have several hits..

I'm still struggling tbh. I only have one customer table and its still confusing. I don't know much about Access.

If you are just displaying the account numbers in a single combobox that gets its list from a query then adding the Distinct keyword should do what you want.

Select Distinct accountnumber from customertable;

It may be easiest to create the query first, name it something like queryforcombobox and then create a new combobox on your form and select the query when the form wizard asks you.
