Im working with Legals (Townships, Ranges, Sections and quarter sections). In my data base I have each individual 1/4 section in a field. for example:
column a = T12N
column b = R42W
column c = 05
column d = NW
the next field is this
a = T12N
b = R42W
c = 05
d = NE
What I want on my report is to have T12N R42W in a sub heading and then under that I want all the sections listed with the 1/4 section. But the problem Im having is that it lists each 1/4 section on a new line so I have a huge number of pages. I want the report to group the 1/4 sections together for 1 section.
So I would have:
T12N R42W
05 NW NE SE SW
Instead of:
T12N R42W
05 NW
05 NE
05 SE
05 SW
Im a TOTAL NEWBIE at Access, so this may not make since!!
I would appreciate any help anyone can give me!
