Header area - feedback please

These days, commercial servers are all based on the same general class of CPU. However, if the backplanes are improved, the I/O rate can get better, enough to the point that it seems like the system is flying. We switched from 10K RPM disks to 15K on my last Navy system upgrade (before I retired). Even though the CPU speed was about the same and memory speed was about the same, everything was notably faster. That 50% speed increase on disk rotational latency showed up. And our internal "cloud" switched from 1 GB to 8 GB fiber channel, so a lot of latency went away there, too. It was well received.
 
They switched on litespeed which was supposed to have been enabled on the server anyway, but wasn't. This made a big difference.
