Headway Shortcut Builder

For anyone who has used this to make their workgroup shortcuts or anyone who has some insight, what is the difference between:

"Open Shortcut Name" - System_Open_Shr

and

"Compact Shortcut Name" - System_Compact_Shr

Does it matter which one I use?
