I am an intermediate access designer. I am learning VBA but have a long way to go. My employer has tasked me with creating a CRM for his small company and I am learning as fast as I can.

Hello, slj. Glad to have you aboard. Your first friend on this forum will be the SEARCH function found in the thin ribbon near the top of the page, where SEARCH is 3rd from the right. We also have a "Database Design" section that might be useful for you.
