I've been visiting this place for some time now, and I find it incredibly useful since I have solved a lot of access related issues just reading threads which discussed similar problems.
I am a PhD student, and a such I have to deal with a lot of data that I have collected for my research. In order to do this, I've been using Microsoft Excel and Access intensively for more than two years (I had used it for small projects before that). I am also a computer programming ethusiast. I have never had any formal training, but I learn by myself every time I think some process could be automated, or when it isn't feasible to do something manually.
