I am currently doing a project on a working mens club. However the teacher hasnt been in the lessons since november so i have not a clue about databases.

The database will need to take room bookings and membership details. .

I have basic tables already done but struggle from here, i dont know how to do relationships, and then once these are done should i use a form to enter the data?

Any help would be appreciated

It is better to use a form to enter data as that way, you will only be dealing with one record at a time. If you just entered the data straight into the table, there is more chance for you or users to accidentally delete more than one record etc. Seeing that this is a school/college project, it will be better for you to demonstrate that you know how to create a form.
As I don't know exactly what your db does or what it consists of, I can't help much with the relationships. There is a ton of information on these Forums - do a search to get more info.
You said that the db needs to take room bookings and membership details. Do members book the rooms?
If you can just briefly say what tables you have and the sort of fields they contain, I (or any of the others on here) can try to help.

Room booking table

Booking Id
Date booked
date of booking
member id
time of start
hours required
room number

Room rates table

Room number
rate per hour

Member Id table

member id
last name first etc.

Availibility table

room number
date
9am to 10 etc right through till 11pm

I have these tables and the relationships between room number and room number on the room rates table and the room booking table. And a relationship between member id and member id on member id table and room booking table

I can't see any major problems with your relationships. Not having done a similar db, I don't know the best way to deal with availibility. It looks from your structure that you will have rather a lot of fields for the times, and these may well not be populated if the room isn't booked (therefore wasting space). However, there have been quite a few similar posts on here, so it's worth doing a search on 'bookings' or 'hotel'.
