I've just accidentally deleted records from a table in my database because I didn'r realise the tables were linked. How can I restore this data. Aaaaaargh

Yeah sorry! Was in a bit of a panic!

Just linking this to the other as, should someone search in the future with a similar question in mind, and sees a plain old Nope then they can, effectively, be being misled as, if the database was on a server, then the data - at least up until the last server backup, can be restored.
