HELP (iq test)

Hello again friends

i need the code or DB for a (iq test) on Access 2007
the iq test contain 10 questions each question having 4 choices (one of the choices is correct)
with a validation button and a label box for the result
so i need a the code for how to compare the answer choosed with correct answer and to give a numeric valor to this choice (eg correct=10 false=0)
and then how to calculate the sum of the valors and show them in the label box
