I am getting an error on this report I am simply tring to have the report count " Level 1 Care Coordination" I need a total. This is what I am trying to use, but it gives me #Error on the report.

=Abs(Sum([metromonthlytotalQuery1]![Patient Type:] Like "Level 1 Care Coordination"))

Thanks!

:)

The #Error is likely coming due to the fact that you are comparing a Number to a String (see above). What is the intent of the Field definition?

And if your field name actually includes the colon (:) then get rid of it - rename it. Using special characters and spaces in object names is just screaming for trouble.

Good observation by SMS. I missed that one, and agree that it should be changed, because it could be a contributing cause of the #Error status.

Well okay so this is what I am trying to do I have a combo box with several different options to choose from. I need to be able to get a detailed count of all the options selected from the combo box. The reason why a combo box is used is at any point the patient can chance their level of care.

Thanks!
