brother i had added queries in my data base but problem is this there is some problem so that i am getting this

i want to look my queries like this

plz help me i had added my file here plz help me edit it and make it look like this
you can see what i had done its showing every cost separately i need to get total cost..

i had also tried the sigma thing but didn't work for me
some one do it who have sound knowlage of it

how you had done it ...

can u tell me what i was doing wrong

and other thing how u had compress file only in 42 kb when i had maid it was 900 mb

for starters u were trying to group by somethings that werent the same so younever would have gotten it down to just the single entry. that also applies for the summing part.

There is an option called compact and repair. its under tools.
