Help needed on database/query design

Hello everybody!

I'm totally new to this forum and almost new to programming so I desperately need some help.

I have a database with the following look:

Org- Person----B1-- B2-- B3
----------------------------------
org1 person1 ---1
org1 person6
org2 person2
org3 person3
org3 person7
org4 person4 ---1
org4 person8
org4 person9 -------------2
org5 person5 ---3
----------------------------------

First I have a combo box in which I select which "org" to search for (this is already working and I have a value which I can use to search with)
I then have a textbox in which I would like the following information produced:
For example if I click Org1 I would get:
Org1, B1 (the name of the column), 1 (the value of B1) Person1 (the value of Person)

If I then click Org4 it would change to:
Org4, B1, 1 person4
Org4, B3, 2 person9

I hope you understand what I mean
Is there anyway this is possible to do in Access 2007?
If so, could anyone help me with ideas and examples how to reach my goal here?

The answer is always YES. The problem how to do it. Start researching with normalization.
