Sorry, I think I didn't explain clearly.

I try this morning again and it can print but at the middle of the form there are a big gap, can anyone help.

No. 2, I have tried to do calculation at the total column but it give me wrong calculation. Did I do it wrongly.

and I also discover that whenever I open this purchase contract it give me message that it exist the area of print but i try to check it should be ok.

Please use purchase contract no. 7 for any testing because there are not much data inside.

Still not clear. I said your report prints OK, you are saying your form doesn't print properly. Please be precise.

Assuming we're talking about your report....

Big Gap

If you mean the gap between the Total line and the Contact Person Line, this is because your block starting Contact Person is in the page footer. If you want to close this up, put this block in the report footer, and the blank space will be at the bottom of the page. If this is not what you mean, please explain.

Your formula reads =Sum([Sub-total]+[GST])
It should read =[Sub-total]+[GST]
