In Access, does it exist something like "different from" in Excel to calculate the difference between this month and the last month, for example?

Hello,

Now I am using ACCESS 2010 to analyse the database, but I've met a problem.

In Access, does it exist something like "different from" in Excel to calculate the difference between this month and the last month, for example?

Now I've got a Pivot Table(values of every week, every month,etc), and I want to compare the different values to see the number is going up or down, so I need to calculate the difference between every two near weeks. But I don't know how to realise it in ACCESS.

Could anyone give me some advices?
