Help please.

I need to make a webpage with this information that will update a contacts list in Access. So what the URL I posted is what I want to be on the internet and then I want the user to fill out that information, and with that information the user fills out.. I want that information to be updated in the contacts database. If that makes any sense.

Please help me.

In your title you have put please help
this will be ignore by most - as you need to put in the subejct what you are after - if you look at some of the posts on this subject, oyu will find a lot of people will ingnore these -- its not to have a go at you but to let you know how to get the best response from the Guys here in the forum, you wer lucky that Captain responded,as a lot of other users ignore these post a better titel would of been -
