Help Required REPORTS

Hi, i need a little help from anybody out there who can help. I have made a query which returns some records from my table. The field which return are:

Agency No.
Target No.

Based on this query i have a report which prints records that come out of this query.

My problem is if there are Multiple records that come out of this query, the report will show only one record on a single page and i have to print multiple pages for different records... whereas i want all the records to appear as a list on a single page in my report. can any one please help and guide me regarding this???

Place the items side by side in the detail section and ensure there is no page break in or at the end of the section, and the records should print as a list. How did you create the report? Try it again, just using the wizard and don't change anything initially. Does this work OK?
