Help!! - start up options

Hi

I think i have done a very silly thing, I've finished my database and then made it so that the main menu pops up when i open it, in those options i unchecked all the boxes to see what they did, I now know and I can't seem to get back to that menu to check them again , is this possible?

Hold down the shit key as you open the DB and select Tools > Startup and uncheck
