Help with code to copy data from current form to separate table... (1 Viewer)

I have a form in Access 2010 that tracks property data for real estate. I need to be able to log when price reductions were made for reporting purposes. The only way I can think of doing this is to have a button that when pressed will - 'increase the count field of price reductions by 1 and also copy the date and address from the detail record form currently being viewed to a new table called Price Reductions'. This would allow me to pull reports from the Price Reductions Table. If this is the case though I need to ask help for how to write the code the button will run....Any thoughts?

You could simply create an Append Query and use that to append the required data to you new table
