Help with Combo Box Value and results

Hi
I need help with MS access

(1) I have a Combo Box field to select Department.

(2) When the Department is selected - the results of all employees in that department should be displayed in the subform.
(3) I also have a check box where I can select employees (subfrmEmployees).
(4) I need a SMS message sent to the selected empoyees



I am unable to get this work:
