Help with Long Integer

So on my homework it says to: Change the OrderID number format to be Long Integer- well I assume that means below in the field properties but it doesnt give me an option for long integer- can anyone help me find where you change this and I am using office 2010 thanks!!

First change the data type to Number, then check the Field Size.
