Hello, I'm new to Access 2010 and I am building a database from scratch.
I've created a form using the form wizard and changed it to a split form so I could see the information in a datasheet as well. All the fields in the form showed up as combo boxes by default but there are two fields that I would like to switch to option groups. I used the option group wizard to make these. The wizard asked for labels and values for the fields and I noticed the information in my datasheet changed. Under the headings I switched to option groups, the values are displayed in the datasheet, not the labels. I tried to enter the label names as values, but it says it needs to be a number. Is there any way to get around this? Thanks.
