Help With Report With Several Check Box

I Have A Table Include Several Check Box
& I Made Query With This Table
I Have A Report For This Table
What I Want Is:

The Report Just Show The Check Box That I Checked Not All Of Them

Hi,
With the report in design view open it's properties. Click on the the Data tab and select Record Source - a small button with 3 dots will appear at the end of the line - click this to open the query builder. On the checkbox fields criteria, type Yes to show all checked results. Close the query builder and save, then save the report.
