Help with simply Crystal query

I'm trying to create a formula that would retrieve-- yet limit multiple customers from one field. For example, I want records that have
cust = smith
cust= jones
cust = andrews
and so forth. Do I need another "if" statement?
The first half of my formula works well (and I thought it was the hard part) but this last peice is driving me crazy.

Please help!
