I have 2 problems that I could do with a little (lot!!) of help with.
1. I have a subform that books in records stock coming in/out of a warehouse. Initially the stock is recorded on the form and a picking list produced. Once the stock has been "Confirmed in" I want to write a stock level into the table. I have placed the control on the form and have created a setvalue macro that updates the stock level control - however it will only set the value of the first (or current) record on the subform. Any ideas how I can get it to update all of the records on the subform?
2. This same form is made up of main form and 3 subforms, the data on SF2 & 3 relies on the data on SF1. When the data is entered in SF1 and I go to SF2 the data is not refreshed. I have tried using the requery command on a control on SF1 and have aslo tried the refresh command, yet the data will not refresh until I manually refresh the form on the menu. Any ideas.
