I am new here and glad to be one of this community, and I am very old with Access.
I just study the basic programming language in 1987, when there is no windows or office, and work with computer basic language in black and white screen, till the Symphony and Database appear, then DB+, DB3, DB4, then worked with windows, excel and word in 1993, then access came as alternative of Database with windows and using quires and wizard instead of commands.
I step to access and excel easily without study it again.
From Symphony to Excel.
From Database to Access.
Since I am accountant, excel and access my best tools to organize, store, control, summarize a large number of data, issuing a multi-reports 100% free of errors.
I do many programs with access, using a direct tools "the advantage of table relationship, queries types, forms, macros, and reports".
I am willing to share my modest information and some solutions with others.
But I didn't use the "event procedure" and visual basic, which I think it will reduce the times and solve some issues that I am using different queries and sub-forms to get data filtered..
I don't success to run some temp-variables, and just copied some event procedure.
Hope I found good help to find easy way to solve my problems.
