THANKS. I will be asking. Right now I've imported the information from excel. So I guess my first question is how to break up data into tables. Or should I just leave the data into one table and worry about relationships after I get queries, forms and reports set up.

In order to reach a wider audience it would be better to ask this question in
Theory and practice of database design
section.

I may have gotten the answer. I copied all the required fields into on worksheet and imported it. The wizard asked to I want it to analyze information and it broke it up into several tables where I can adjust the information that goes into each table. I'll see how this works. But please keep looking, it might not work. thanks!!!

It is important that you finish your Table Design first.

If you like, once completed post a copy of your data base and ask for a review on your tables. You might get some interesting replies.

Good luck with the project.
