Hi there,

I'm modifying a report written by one of my predecessors and I'm struggling to view all of the fields in the report.

The report is sorted by 3 different values from the query. Each one has their own header.

Theproblem I have is that for the 3rd header, there are no fields in the design view of the report. However, when I run the report, the values in this header are displayed. How can I view these values in the header??

at the moment this header is grouped up with the header above it and there is no gap whatsoever.

Please can someone help???

can you not drag it down to make the header space visible?

I've tried that, but it doesn't work

However I've since accessed the values by scrolling down each form element on the properties window. However I still can't bring them into view, please help

with out seeing the form it is hard to guess what you problem is.
Have you tried ensuring the field is set to visible in the header properties (right click on header bar)?

are the values displayed the same each time? i.e. title of page etc?

EDIT
[cheap option]cant you just set 'visible' to 'no' to stop it being displayed on the report [/cheap option]
