Hidden Print on Reports

I have a report that I would like to add a note to in the Header for the user. Is there a way to place it there and not have it print. I know Word has a hidden print feature. Does Access support this? I am using Office 365.

Yes it does. Use the Display When property
This has three options. Always, Screen Only, Print Only

Thanks for your quick reply. I set it to Screen Only and it does not show up on the screen. I moved it to the Detail section and got the same results. It shows when Always is selected.

Try using Report View instead of Print Preview
